What is a wire-tube condenser?

The wire-tube condenser is the core heat dissipation component of a household refrigerator. It is made by winding metal wires (such as steel wires) around metal tubes (such as Bundy tubes). Through the heat release of the refrigerant inside the tubes and the metal wires outside increasing the heat dissipation area, it realizes the transfer of heat from the inside of the refrigerator to the outside.

Commercial Vertical/Horizontal Refrigerated Cabinets in Supermarkets: Efficient Temperature Control for Freshness

As the core heat dissipation component, it quickly dissipates heat inside the cabinet through a spiral tube-wire structure, stably maintaining a refrigerated temperature range of 2-8°C, suitable for long-term freshness preservation of frequently accessed ingredients such as beverages, yogurt, and fruits/vegetables. Its moisture-resistant and anti-condensation design can cope with the high-humidity environment of open displays in supermarkets, reducing the impact of condensed water on the cabinet and the ground. Meanwhile, its heat dissipation efficiency is 15% higher than that of ordinary condensers, lowering the daily energy consumption of commercial freezers.

Wire-Tube Condenser: Core Applications in Small Ice Makers

1.Efficient Ice-Making Acceleration, Adapting to High-Frequency Household Needs

As the core heat dissipation component of small ice makers, it adopts a spiral thin tube + dense heat dissipation wire structure. Its heat dissipation efficiency is 18% higher than that of ordinary fin condensers, which can quickly dissipate the heat generated by the ice-making system, shortening the ice-making cycle to 8-12 minutes per batch (6-12 ice cubes per batch) — meeting the ice needs for daily household drinks and small gatherings. At the same time, it achieves precise temperature control to avoid ice output reduction caused by insufficient heat dissipation, maintaining a stable daily ice output of 15-25kg, which adapts to the intermittent ice usage rhythm in household scenarios.

2. Low Noise and Energy Saving, Adapting to Quiet Household Environment

Equipped with a low-speed heat dissipation fan, the wire-tube condenser operates at a noise level of less than 40dB (similar to the sound of a refrigerator running), avoiding noise interference in household scenarios such as rest and cooking. In addition, efficient heat dissipation reduces the start-stop frequency of the compressor, saving 0.3-0.5 kWh of electricity per day compared with models with ordinary condensers. It is more energy-efficient for long-term use, conforming to the low-energy consumption demand of household equipment.
